The Jakarta EE Working Group has launched the 2023 Jakarta EE developer survey on 14 March.
Now in its sixth year, this is the Enterprise Java ecosystem’s leading survey with thousands of developers sharing their insights from around the globe. The purpose of the survey is to gain a better understanding of the requirements, priorities, and perceptions of Java developer communities.
The 2022 survey with over 1,400 respondents provided critical insight into the state of cloud native innovation for enterprise java development globally, including expected growth rates for Java apps in the cloud as well as leading architectures, applications, and technologies.
The results of the 2023 survey will give platform vendors, enterprises, and individual developers in the Java ecosystem updated information about how the cloud native for Java world is unfolding and what it means for their strategies and businesses. The survey results also help the Jakarta EE community at the Eclipse Foundation better understand the top priorities for future Jakarta EE releases.
With the great participation of the vibrant community, we have already received over 1000 responses and the results will be shared in September. Take the survey in less than 6 minutes and help the industry gain the broadest possible view of the state of cloud native technologies in the context of enterprise Java.
Thank you in advance for your participation!
