Eclipse IDE 2019-06, the Eclipse Foundation's second quarterly simultaneous release this year is now available! You can still submit your proposal to be part of EclipseCon Europe 2019's speaker lineup. The Call for Papers (CFP) is closing soon so if you have an idea for a talk that will educate and inspire the Eclipse community, now's the time to submit your papers! This year, the early-bird submission deadline is July 1 and the final submission deadline is July 15, 2019.
