I am happy to announce that Aurélie Caron has joined the Eclipse Foundation as the Senior Manager, Event Operations and Strategy.
In this role, Aurélie will lead the Eclipse Foundation’s Events team to plan and execute virtual, hybrid and in-person event experiences for our global community of committers, contributors, users, and members. Our events represent a critical aspect of our community development strategy and we see hiring Aurélie, and her leadership of our Events team, as helping us to foster further ecosystem growth by enabling our community to build connections and forge collaboration.
Aurélie is based in Belgium and has a depth of event management and marketing experience in the tech space and other markets, most recently working with DDG Smart Marketing as their European Marketing & Events Manager. Her qualifications include a degree in Event Management from Institut Européen Charles Peguy in Belgium.
