As you’re planning your EclipseCon 2020 experience, be sure to reserve time to attend the Community Day events on Monday, October 19 from 14:00 to 18:00 CET. Community Day sessions and round tables are organized by Eclipse Foundation community groups and are a great way to learn more about the working groups and projects hosted at the Eclipse Foundation:
- Sessions are 90 minutes long and typically involve presentations, workshops, and meetings.
- Round tables are 45 minutes long and allow up to 50 people to join a video chat.
Attending Community Day events lets you reconnect with the communities you’re already involved in and explore opportunities to get involved in new projects and working groups. With community experts on hand to share insights and experiences, talk about strategic and technical priorities, and answer questions, Community Day is a unique opportunity to take a closer look at what’s happening in Eclipse communities across technologies.
We’re using the Swapcard platform for all EclipseCon 2020 events, so you’ll be able to easily connect with other Community Day attendees and presenters.
Anyone who is registered for EclipseCon 2020 can participate in Community Day sessions and round tables, but you will need to register for some sessions. Also, space for sessions is limited, so request your spot early.
