Last week at the Eclipse Marketing Symposium, I did a presentation on the results we achieved during the Europa launch. The purpose of the presentation was to share with the community the results of the different programs we put in place during the Europa launch.
Measuring the success of a marketing program has always been a ‘black art’ and the advent of podcasts, webinars and blogs make it even more challenging. Therefore, I am hoping if I share our results, others can use it for comparison purposes. I am also interested in hearing the results of others and how they measure their marketing efforts.
